Puppy Sales Contract Agreement

This contract is made between Elite Grey Hounds Kennel, referred to as the Seller, and our customer by Name.

TERMS/CONDITIONS:

Buyer Responsibilities

- The Buyer agrees to pay for the Italian Greyhound puppy, including any shipping costs for delivery. - You agree that the puppy will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision due to their delicate nature and propensity for speed. - You commit to providing humane care for the puppy, acting as a responsible guardian by ensuring adequate food, fresh water, comfortable shelter, social interaction, and prompt medical care when necessary. - You understand that while the Breeder offers guarantees regarding the puppy's demeanor, they cannot be held liable for any future behaviors or injuries resulting from the puppy. - You grant the breeder the right to call your home at reasonable times to verify that the puppy is being treated and cared for appropriately. - You agree to take full responsibility for the purchased puppy, ensuring that all its needs are met and that it is treated humanely to the best of your abilities.

Seller Guarantees

- The Seller guarantees that the Italian Greyhound puppy is in sound health and provides AKC registration application paperwork, making the puppy eligible for registration with your local Kennel Club. The Seller assures that the puppy possesses a friendly temperament at the time of sale, suitable for family settings and companionship. - A comprehensive health record detailing all vaccinations and deworming treatments will be furnished by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of delivery for a thorough physical examination. If the veterinarian confirms health issues attributable to the Seller, the puppy may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, accompanied by a signed written diagnosis from the veterinarian.

Return Policy

- If at any point the Buyer can no longer maintain ownership of the puppy, the Seller must be notified and given the first option to reclaim full ownership of the dog, allowing the Seller to find a suitable new home for the puppy. - The Buyer is eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, allowing for a full refund if they do not find the puppy suitable or face challenges in bonding with their new companion. In such situations, the puppy must be returned with all necessary documentation and health records. - Should any issues arise affecting the puppy's quality of life, the Buyer must promptly inform the breeder/Seller to facilitate discussions regarding the puppy's future. The breeder/Seller reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer of the puppy to a third party. Under no circumstances will the puppy be sold, leased, traded, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility.
