How We Ship Our Puppies

Shipping a Puppy: Is it safe?

With our many years of shipping experience in both shipping and receiving pups, I know for a fact that  all of the pups are well taken care of during their trip. We have only had a few couple of incidences where  the pups had a delayed flight. In fact shipping can be less stressful than driving across cities, states or countries to come pick a  puppy. Even less so as shipping takes only a few hours to be received by their new owners.
We will ship to you if you live non-locally. If you live in the US, Canada, or Mexico, we can ship your puppy to most major airports. The fee is $150 (per puppy) in addition to the purchase. This fee includes air flight, traveling crate, and vet-issued health certificate and others

Flying Your Puppy

The most common concern we get is the safety of your puppy’s travel. We do everything in our power and know-how to create a safe and reassuring experience for both puppies and their owners. We book each flight carefully choosing the shortest possible route between our kennel and your puppy’s newest home. We keep flight time to a minimum of only a few hours. Our preferred choice airline is United Airlines affiliate, which offer their award-winning animal traveling program called PetSafe. The puppies are handled by USDA-approved personnel who ensure a well-kept and climate-controlled on-flight environment for each and every one of our pups.

In accordance with the airline’s guidelines, your puppy is required to have a vet-issued health certificate, which we obtain for you when you pay the shipping fee.

Every traveling crate is made to fit your puppy comfortably. Your puppy will not have to slouch or be put in a funny position while it flies. We ensure that our puppies stay as relaxed as possible during their entire trip home. Good posture is key! And a good, soft towel placed on the bottom allows your puppy to stay cozy and cuddly. With food and water by its side, your puppy is sure to have a great flight home!

Make sure to call us the moment your puppy arrives so we know all is well and your puppy made it successfully to the right arms!.
Feed it right away. Let it relax. Then let your new baby adjust slowly.

Ruby is doing just great. She is very well known all over town. She weighs about 5.9 pounds now. She is one cutie pie. Anyway, got together with Daisy, her sister at the beach 2 weeks ago. They had a ball running all over the place. You should have several pictures attached to this message. Just click on the forward arrows at the bottom of the screen. If you don’t have it, I’ll send re-send them to you. Daisy is getting her hair cut on Monday. Bill is now using our groomer, who loves Ruby.

Hope all’s well – here are a few pics of Reagan on her first birthday, and her first round of golf! She has been a great dog – learns very fast and is super friendly – only negatives are that most everyone that sees her wants to know everything about her( I may have business card made for her) , and that she has learned that she can swim with her back feet on the bottom, kind of a walking swim, but just need to find a deeper lake. She retrieves very well, catches frisbee, and is learning to high jump.

Linda Todd

He is soooooo ADORABLE! His plane was a little delayed but we finally got him at 10:30 . We thought he would be timid and so obviously scared at first but boy we were wrong. He had PLAY on his mind and so we did for a while before we left the airport. He loves to give kisses. He is exactly the spunky little pooch we wanted. Also, he REALLY likes my husband and I couldn’t help but wonder if it is because he is used to a male taking care of him–I don’t know but my husband loves it… Well, we LOVE him and his cute little personality so THANKS SO MUCH!
